Opera Theatre Hosts Tech Community for “Innovation at the Opera”

For the third year in a row, Opera Theatre of Saint Louis is hosting “Innovation at the Opera” this Wednesday, June 8, an event designed to connect the region’s talented entrepreneurs with community leaders in an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Innovation at the Opera Saint Louis

Event partners include Arch Angels, Arch Grants, CIC St. Louis, Cortex, InnoVox STL, ITEN and Prosper Women Entrepreneurs. Guests will have the chance to network and to hear Opera  Theatre’s general director Timothy O’Leary speak briefly about the company’s innovative approach to opera. It’s estimated that approximately 120 entrepreneurs and potential investors will attend to network and to hear Opera Theatre’s general director Timothy O’Leary speak briefly about the company’s innovative approach to opera, then attend Opera Theatre’s new production of La bohème.

Tickets are $20 (a $140 value) and include a cocktail buffet and opera performance. Tickets are available online here. The event is sponsored by Polsinelli and also underwritten by BDO, Geniecast and Andy & Janet Hoyne.
