We are thrilled to announce the launch of the new TEQ Job Board on EQ. If you’re searching for your dream job or looking to build out your dream team, check out the new platform now and see how we can help.


Why a Job Board?

Job boards are nothing new, but we want to make it super easy to find jobs in the St. Louis startup and tech community. We also wanted to help startups more easily connect with talent as they work to build high-performing teams.

We introduced the job board to provide a platform for connectivity and an enhanced job search and recruitment experience for the STL startup and tech community. The new platform gives readers the opportunity to get noticed by employers and discover open positions at St. Louis tech companies, from engineering roles to sales to project management. Likewise, employers now have a great place to spotlight their employment brands and openings to EQ’s 12k-15k engaged monthly visitors and 5k+ social followers (and growing!). As a niche community voice, we know we can help people connect.

You will recognize some of our launch partners, like Cortex, SafeTrek, Lewis & Clark Ventures, Lockerdome and Juristat. We can’t wait to get more folks on board.

How does it work?

If you’re a company, you can post jobs with a full description and build out your Employer Profile page, to showcase your employer brand to the community. These profiles are fully searchable by job seekers. You can set up your job post to link to a dedicated URL to collect applications or have the applications emailed to you—and you can log in at anytime to see how well your job is performing.

If you’re a job seeker, you can sign up for daily, weekly or monthly email alerts of new jobs and create a Candidate Profile in 60 seconds by logging in through LinkedIn, for one-click applications and to enhance your brand online during your job search.

What’s the cost?

A single job posting is $50, with price breaks on multi-job packs. Check out the add-on features for enhanced visibility, resume database access, company spotlights in EQ’s content feed and more.

EQ promotes all jobs on its @EQSTL Twitter account as well as a dedicated Twitter account for @TEQJobs.
