T-REX, Downtown — New Location! 
1 Million Cups is a free, weekly national program designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. Developed by the Kauffman Foundation, 1MC is based on the notion that entrepreneurs discover solutions and network over a million cups of coffee.

LaunchCode Mentor Center at 4811 Delmar Blvd St.
CoderGirl is building a network of support for aspiring female coders. Participants, ranging from beginners to long-time programmers, hone their skills alongside fellow aspiring developers and female mentors from companies like Boeing, MasterCard, and Enterprise.

Young Friends Happy Hour

Donald Danforth Plant Science Center 
Young Friends is a group of professionals, 40 and under, who support the Danforth Center’s mission to improve the human condition through plant science, including our efforts to enhance St. Louis as a world center for agtech, bioscience, and other industries that are defining the future of our region. Guests have the opportunity to socialize and network with other young professional to learn about the local bioscience ecosystem while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks.

Midwest Cyber Center of Excellence HackSpace Competition
Saturday, September 10; 9am-12pm
Maryville University
Midwest Cyber Center of Excellence (MWCCOE) is hosting a CyberPatriot recruitment event geared towards middle/high school students. Teams of 4 will compete against one another in an effort to test and expand cybersecurity skills and awareness of the upcoming CyberPatriot IX Competition. Participants will be challenged with cybersecurity related puzzles from categories like network exploitation, cyber forensics, cryptography, and cyber trivia.
