Someone who  wants to grow professionally with a St. Louis based startup. This position might not be full-time initially but will have a guarenteed minimum of hours.

Full Stack Developer

Who They Are: 1904labs is a managed services company that specializes in software development using an agile team based model. 1904lab designs and develops digital products and software applications in geospatial, big data analytics and machine learning and artificial intelligence.

 What You’ll Do: Develop front end web applications using Geospatial tools and libraries, leverage node.js and other javascript libraries to build front and back end solutions and have the option to present the software you build during the client’s monthly Demo Day events.

Who They’re Looking For: Someone who has experience with Java web development + Spring framework and working in an Agile team oriented environment who is adaptable and has a drive to learn new technologies and frameworks to support R&D interests.

Sales Development Representative 

Who They Are: PowerPost is a brand marketing tool that simplifies publishing across various social media and digital channels.

What You’ll Do: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound email and phone, research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity, perform market research to gather additional information about inbound prospects and help with list building and other research projects.

Who They’re Looking For: Someone with a minimum of 1-2 years SaaS work experience with experience performing market research and outbound calls who has tough skin and a tireless work ethic.

EQ Media
Content and Marketing Intern

Who We Are: EQ is St. Louis’ publication dedicated completely to St. Louis’ innovation and startup community. EQ publishes a daily online and print quarterly publication, an event calendar for startup events, weekly newsletters and launched a St. Louis tech and startup job board this summer.

What You’d Do: Assist in multi-media content creation and special projects like writing stories for EQ, supporting editors in research, story development, fact checking and co-writing and building and maintaining resources for startup entrepreneurs for online listings.

Who We’re Looking For: Someone who can
 work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines, who an effective communicator and writer, preferably with some experience and is able to commit to a 90 day internship period with a minimum of 15 hours spent in the office weekly.
