Lead Developer for Mission Matters Group

Who they are:  Mission Matters Group helps non-profit organizations understand how information management can assist in achieving their mission. Its methodology of understanding strategy, people and process first ensures alignment before the “technology” part of the solution is designed and implemented. The results? Where you’d work: T-REX Downtown or remotely 

What you’d do: The Lead Developer will work on challenging and exciting technology projects focused on helping nonprofit organizations align technology to mission. The lead developer will be expected to interact with both the non-profit partners, as well as the internal technical team that will help architect and build the technology solutions required. Managing and developing alongside the implementation team is the most important need for this position.

Who you need to be:  You need to have experience in implementing, customizing and configuring Salesforce CRM. Certified Force.com administrator and Force.com developer. Experience in business analysis and architecting solutions. Experience in documentation of business requirements and system functional specifications.

What you’d do:
Database Testing Intern: Assist with company clinical trials by testing their EDC system and optimizing their processes.

Web Development/Design Intern: Redesign the Immunophotonics Website

Due Diligence Intern: Perform research and analysis for company’s due diligence

Who you need to be:
Database Testing Intern: Computer Science or engineering recommended. Other degrees can apply, but they will need to work extremely hard. Experience with database management, Excel, SQL.

Web Development Intern: Passion for web design and ability to work independently. JQuery or JavaScript experience is a plus

Due Diligence Intern: Business background. Experience with due diligence process is a huge plus.
