iGen Cyber Games

Midwest Cyber Center (MC²) is hosting a CyberPatriot recruitment event geared towards middle/high school students. Teams of 4 will compete against one another to test and expand cybersecurity skills and awareness of the upcoming CyberPatriot X Competition. Participants will be challenged with online safety questions, cybersecurity related puzzles, offense and defense computer challenges, solving codes, and cyber trivia.

iGen Cyber Games, presented by the Military Cyber Professionals Association – St. Louis Chapter (MCPA), will be held at the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) in the Express Scripts Hall, room 204. Volunteer cyber advisors from 375th Command Squadron at Scott Air Force Base will help answer any technical questions.

Little to no experience in cybersecurity required.

Awards and prizes will follow immediately after the competition. The event is FREE for all students. Register teams (each student) of 4 now through eventbrite! Then email info@midwestcybercenter.org with the first and last name of team members, grade level, team name and email address.

**Anyone who isn’t able to form a team of 4, but still wants to participate can! Register each student and we’ll put you on a team. Any student who’s interested in participating will be able to. **

Parents are also more than welcome to stick around and watch!
