LaunchCode is one of the founding companies of the STL tech ecosystem.

There are 50,000 tech graduates every year. Yet, it is predicted that there will be one million unfilled tech jobs by 2020. Such a skills shortage is not just an issue for candidates, but employers too.

Daniel Fogarty talks to STL Community Cast on how LaunchCode is lowering the barrier to entry into the tech industry through low cost training programs and building relationships with local corporations to proactively address the talent gap.
