Claim Academy

Claim Academy Is Hosting Free Coding Workshops in September

Learn to code from St. Louis' nationally recognized Bootcamp & Training Center

Who out there has felt that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach, while you say to yourself, “I want to be more creative” or “I’m not making enough money” or “I have no idea what I’m going to do next”?

Now, that I have your attention, let me explain why you should keep reading. Claim Academy is a St. Louis-based developer boot camp that offers 12-week classes in Full Stack Java and .NET/C# programming, as well as shorter classes in software development, technology and career development.

Many of Claim Academy’s graduates are now employed by some of the area’s top companies, including Express Scripts, Ascension, MasterCard, Scottrade, Centene, Mercy, Maritz, RGA, Daugherty Business Systems, and others. Simply put, learning to code can change your life.

“Without Claim Academy, I don’t think I would have had the push I needed to jump into programming. It was an important experience for me, because it provided me with an environment where I had time to focus on learning these skills, and where I was being actively encouraged to learn,” Kate Rands, .NET Graduate.

Since founding Claim Academy, we have been named the 2017 Best Bootcamp by Course Report and have successfully graduated hundreds of Full Stacked Programmers. But now, we want to help the broader St. Louis community get their feet wet in coding!

Beginning this month, we are hosting weekly coding workshops at various community centers around St. Louis. These weekly workshops will cover the building blocks of coding applications and how to write a simple program.

After the lecture, guests will be invited to participate in a Q&A session with the instructor. These workshops are complimentary, but valued at $350 – don’t miss your opportunity to learn about programming, or dive deeper into the language for free!

September Workshop Schedule:

  • September 12th, 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Claim Academy, 2119 Olive St.
  • September 19th, 5:30 – 6:30 PM: St. Louis Public Library
  • September 26th, 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Christ Church Cathedral, 1210 Locust Street
